Your test results will be provided in a PDF with all data required for Amendment 64 labeling. This data will also be available in Metrc.
A Quality Control worksheet for reporting purposes can also be provided, but CMT will store that in your customer file for you. This is a critical document defending the science behind the testing. The Chain of Custody form will remain with CMT Laboratories and stay with your samples until final disposal.
CMT does not factor in THCA or any acidic cannabinoids when testing flower, waxes, concentrates or any product that will be smoked, vaporized, or heated. While including this constituent of raw cannabis in a THC potency calculation will provide a higher number, this compound decarboxylates when the cannabis is heated. We will provide a ratio for THCA to THC conversion that we have found through internal testing. CMT will provide all categories of test results and numbers, and the application of Amendment 64 in regards to labeling requirements and use of those numbers is up to our clients.
